Two practices, one operator. Brand and growth for premium consumer businesses. AI systems for teams that want to do more with less. Whichever your problem needs, that is who I become.
I started where most marketers do. Running ads, writing posts, building campaigns for brands that needed to be noticed. I got good at it. But the wins that lasted never came from a single ad or a clever caption. They came from the thing underneath. The offer, the positioning, the system the marketing was pouring into.
So I went after that instead. I stopped selling tactics and started building the whole engine. Brand, offer, creative, landing page, paid media, rebuilt as one system before anything got scaled. Then AI changed what a single person could do, and I started building those systems to run on their own. Research, content, outbound, creative, all as repeatable workflows with a human keeping the quality honest.
Now I work two ways. I build brands and fix growth for premium consumer businesses. And I build AI systems that let lean teams do the work of a much bigger one. Most people are one or the other. A brand person or a performance person. A marketer or a builder. I sit in the overlap, and that overlap is where the growth problems that actually matter get solved.
Off the clock I am an introvert who would rather be somewhere with real culture behind it than anywhere loud. A backstreet in Europe, a coast in Thailand, a quiet gallery. That is the same instinct that shows up in the work. I care how things are made, not only how they perform. My favourite film is Inception, which probably explains how my head runs, structure inside structure, systems inside systems. And I train like it is not optional, because the discipline that keeps you consistent in the gym is the same one that keeps a brand consistent for years.
If you are not sure which practice fits, start with a call. Sixty minutes, no pitch. I will tell you what is actually capping your growth and which way I would go.
